Absolutely! When we hold classes, they will be beginner-friendly classes designed to introduce newcomers to the fundamentals of yoga in a supportive and welcoming environment. Our instructor provides guidance and modifications to accommodate all levels.
Wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows for ease of movement. Avoid anything too loose or restrictive. Don't forget to bring a yoga mat (We have extras), a water bottle and a towel if needed.
