What do I need to start?
Your body! That's really it. For comfort and support in your practice, a yoga mat, yoga blacks, and yoga strap are suggested.
Where will sessions take place?
Sessions are offered virtually and in-person where ever is comfortable for you. examples: park, your home, studio, etc.
How many sessions will I need?
Everyone is different but I would suggest 1 to 2 classes a week for 6 weeks. After that, we can review how you are doing.
Can I still participate if IÂ never took a class before?
Of Course! YES! I am experienced with teaching beginners.
