Service Description
Bare U Yoga offers a unique package of 3 yoga sessions for one inclusive price. Each session is tailored to your individual needs, providing a personalized experience that focuses on mind-body connection and wellness. After purchase, we work together to schedule sessions on days that suit you best, ensuring flexibility and convenience.
Cancellation Policy
SCHEDULING All appointments are reserved with a debit/credit card at the time of scheduling and a non-refundable $30 deposit. A card is required to have on file for all reservations. Payment via card for services is highly recommended. Services are scheduled by appointment only. To accommodate today’s busy lifestyle we sometimes have same day appointments available for an extra fee. However, to ensure that we are able to accommodate your preferred appointment times, we ask that you schedule with as much advance notice as possible. TRAVEL FEE Travel fee is to compensate for having to travel to your home/place of business to provide the massage in the comfort of your environment. It consists of $1.00/mile traveled. The amount of miles are measured by the distance I have to travel from my home base (zip 22405 if you would like to calculate yourself) to your home, and back again. For example, if you are located seven miles from my business address, your total cost would amount to for the entire session. ($1.00 x 7 miles = $7. Multiply that by two to account for the return trip and you get $14.00). The travel fee is non-negotiable and will be sent within 24 hours of scheduling the appointment. CANCELLATION POLICY 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance or failure to show up for your appointment will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled appointment fee which will be processed on the credit card retained on file to reserve appointment. If you need to reschedule because you are not feeling well please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule. There will be no fee charged for cancellations due to illness. PAYMENT A non-refundable deposit if $30 is due at the time of booking and the remainder of the payment is due at time of service. Memberships and Packages are due upfront. (Afterpay financing is available). We accept cash and credit/debit cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express).
