Service Description

Awaken and align your body with a rejuvenating yoga session. You will experience a meditation by movement while deepening the breath and you'll leave feeling connected and balanced. Great for all levels. The Location can be at a park, garden, gym, etc. or within the comfort of your home/workplace. For long distance travel in the DMV please contact us. Additional travel fee will apply. I teach stability and mobility to explore the foundations of yoga by connecting the efforts of breath, body, and mind to learn and flow through poses and movement at your own pace.
