Service Description

Details: One session (yoga, meditation, stretch therapy, or Thai yoga massage). Customized to the client’s needs. These private sessions allow you to ease into yoga in a safer manner, with proper alignment and a clear focus on your goals and needs. Private yoga classes allow you to work on the poses and stretches that make sense for you and your body on your schedule and at your own pace. Sessions take place in the comfort of your own home or an off-site location. Nee-Nee will travel to those who reside in between Fredericksburg, VA and DC Metro area.
