This will be a 90-minute Thai Yoga Massage that incorporates meditative breathing, acupressure, massage and gently applied yoga stretches using hands, feet, forearms and elbows in a flowing series of moves to effectively re-align and assist with healing the body. A releasing experience! Come ready to breathe and release as I guide your entire body to full relaxation. Notes: Please wear loose comfortable clothing.
